How would you like to release the heavy weight of physical-emotional tension your body is carrying? ... gently, easily. You've been carrying it so long you may not even realize it. Every little bit of anxiety, frustration, irritation, disappointment is a little piece of energy that gets trapped in your body. QiDance gives it a pathway out WITHOUT rehashing the story. You'll feel lighter, with more energy, still able to enjoy being alive... even in these troubling times! 1st class is FREE.
This is NOT about learning dance steps or Qi Gong choreography but moving, stretching, balancing your body with your breath. Do you remember the childlike pleasure of moving your body immersed in a soothing musical bath, easing stiff joints with gentle flowing movements. Feel the tingling of aliveness, a touch of fire with a dose of freedom. This blend of Qi Gong with flowing dance-like movements and using your breath restores ease & inner peace.
DATES: Every 2 weeks Tues. 5/26; 6/9, 23; 7/7, 21, 8/18, 9/1, 15, 22. TIME: 4:30 - 6pm
