This wonderful workshop will be practical and creative - combining bushcraft and art.
In the morning we'll enjoy getting to know our surroundings and learning how to make artist grade charcoal, harvesting and processing your materials from the woods. In the afternoon we'll be led in a masterclass by renowned street artist ATM in drawing with the charcoal that you've made.
The session will allow time for you to develop simple woodland living skills to help you feel more comfortable enjoying time in the woods, we hope to leave you feeling refreshed and inspired.
The day will include refreshments and a simple soup and roll lunch cooked over the fire.
This workshop is aimed at adults, children over 14 are welcome if accompanied by a fee paying adult.
What to wear/bring
Please dress to be comfortable for a day outdoors in the woods. We will have a simple shelter to protect us from rain and there are flush toilets nearby.
Please bring a bowl, spoon and cup for your lunch and refreshments.
