We’ll take a gentle ~20 min walk along the River Cam to a peaceful spot under a white willow tree 🌳

From there, you have two lovely options:
💦 Join Will Hay for a gentle swim in the river
🧺 Or stay on land, relax under the tree, chat, and enjoy snacks and drinks with good company!

🚶‍♀️Optional stroll later to watch students leaping from the legendary Jumping Tree! 🌊🌲

🧳 What to Bring:
🩱 Swimwear & towel (if you fancy a dip)
🍉 Snacks & drinks to share
🧴 Sun cream + sun hat if needed 🧢
🧺 Picnic blanket (if easy to carry)

🚶‍♀️ Walk Info:
🟢 Distance: 2km (+ optional 3km extension)
🟢 Difficulty: Flat but grassy and uneven in places

🌊 Swim Info (Optional!):
🏊‍♀️ Swim as much or as little as you like – paddle, float, or join a 200m group swim upstream and back.
The River Cam here is calm and slow flowing.
