About us
Come as you are. Explore who you're becoming.
Wildly Herself is a women's community built around something surprisingly simple:
Actually living authentically, fully as your wild self.
Making new friends. Trying new things. Laughing until your stomach hurts. Having conversations that go beyond small talk. Exploring Charlottesville and beyond. Challenging yourself occasionally. Being ridiculous occasionally. And having somewhere you don't need to show up with everything figured out.
Our gatherings might include hiking, dinners, bonfires, creative nights, kayaking, dancing, rock climbing, horses, workshops, coffee, games, community service, local adventures or simply sitting together having the kind of conversation we don't make enough room for.
Some experiences are purely for fun.
Others explore things like self-trust, confidence, boundaries, relationships, communication, identity, purpose and creating a life that feels more like your own.
There is no requirement to be fearless, extroverted, "healed," successful or endlessly positive.
Just come curious to this women ONLY group. All men who join will be removed.

Come as you are. Explore who you're becoming.
Wildly Herself is a Playful Pivot community founded by confidence coach Elysia Buss.
Other than this being a women's only group, this group is inclusive of different races, the LGBTQ+ community, cultures, religions, politics, etc. No shaming, or disrespect is permitted in the group. We're here to have fun, have healthy boundaries and be human together regardless of our background. Anyone who is disrespectful will be removed in order to maintain a safe and inclusive environment.

The Menopause Journey & Chronic Pain: Let's Talk About It!
The Rotunda, 1826 University Ave, Charlottesville, VA 22904, USA, Charlottesville, VA, USLadies! I need someone from our group to represent us as I am busy, but this is such a fantastic event that I still felt the need to post it!
Hot flashes, brain fog, disrupted sleep, mood changes, chronic pain, and a body that suddenly seems to be rewriting its own rules. Sound familiar?
For far too long, women have been expected to navigate these changes quietly, often without the information, understanding, or support they deserve.
It's time to change that conversation!
At Wildly Herself, we believe that understanding our bodies, advocating for ourselves, and connecting with other women are essential parts of living authentically and confidently through every stage of life.
Join us for The Menopause Journey and Chronic Pain, a special community luncheon hosted by Charlottesville NOW in partnership with the Virginia Women's Foundation and UVA's Maxine Platzer Lynn Women's Center.### What We'll Explore
- Understanding perimenopause, menopause, and their effects on our health

Menopause isn't the end of our vitality, femininity, or potential. It's another chapter in our evolution, one we deserve to navigate with knowledge, confidence, curiosity, and community.
Whether you're experiencing symptoms, preparing for this transition, supporting someone you love, or simply wanting to understand women's health more deeply, you're welcome!
Let's replace silence with conversation, uncertainty with knowledge, and isolation with connection.
Because being Wildly Herself means embracing every chapter of who we are becoming.2 attendees
