By softening into our bodies, we allow intuitive moments to express our internal landscape and give space to what's present for us in this moment.
Ceremonial Cacao supports us in reawakening our feminine essence and guides us into our bodies and hearts. This heart-opening elixir will awaken your senses and deepen your connection to yourself and others.

From this open and receptive space, we will move into an intuitive movement practice and dance to let our bodies lead the way and express our emotional states. It can be ancient, primal, and raw.
