Connecting likeminded women of all ages & stages in transformational explorations in the outdoors….returning to our essential wildness in nature with authenticity & vulnerability.
Through daylong WANDER workshops and multi-day transformational retreats, we create safe containers for self discovery, growth, vulnerability and exploration. Stepping out of our comfort zones is how we grow -- and learning how to do it in the company of amazing women in nature is the BEST!

We’re hitting the trails! Join Wild Women Tribe Wed mornings starting Sept 24 for the next six weeks until Oct 29, for 2.5 hours of movement and mindfulness that showcases some of our favorite local fitness coaches on some of Park City’s favorite trails. We’ll explore a new and different trail with a different movement facilitator who is as passionate as we are about the outdoors.
We’ll mix hiking with mindful moments and movement – yoga, functional movement, breath, HIIT – and create authentic connections in Mother Nature. Move your body. Connect with your spirit. Ground into nature. Then post-hike, pull up a folding chair and break out your snacks for a “trailgate” where we connect at the trailhead over bevvies and munchies. Let’s break up the midweek together in a bite size activity that gets our heart rate up and makes connections easy in the outdoors! **Well-behaved dogs welcome
