We’ll open the space with delicious cacao. Ceremonial cacao contains theobromine, a gentle, natural stimulant that increases circulation and opens the heart center, inviting warmth, emotional clarity, and a deeper connection to yourself and others. Sherri will then offer a delightful Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep. During this Nidra, Sherri will guide you on an Upper World Journey. There is an invisible reality beyond the physical world that is accessible through shamanic journeying. This is the world of Angels, Cosmic Beings, Spirit Guides and Elders. In traveling to the Upper World, we travel upwards to find your teachers and your guides. These beings will support you on your journey and your path as you walk guided in every direction ❤️
In many cultures around the world, people have used rhythm, breath, and stillness to connect more deeply with themselves and the natural world. This journey doesn’t ask you to change or challenge your faith. It simply opens a doorway to explore your own spirit and understanding of the divine in a way that feels meaningful and true to you.
The Upper World invites you to rise into the sky of your own soul ~ to feel light, supported, and connected to something greater, however you define it.
You are welcome here, just as you are. This is a space for every body. A place to feel safe, uplifted, and completely hOMe in yourself.

• journal and pen
This epic event is for EVERY BODY. Let go, breathe, and allow yourself to deeply relax, restore, and reconnect. In this sleepy session, space is limited! Pre-registration is recommended.
