Step into the Wild Woods with Alicia Martinez and Sherri Keenan and immerse yourself in the rhythms of nature as we honor Earth Day through movement, meditation, and ceremony.

This gathering invites you to embody, create, flow, and embrace the elements ~ Earth, Metal, Water, Wood, and Fire ~ through hands-on experiences, guided practice and mindful ritual.

Itinerary:
🧘🏼‍♀️ Opening Meditation – Center and ground your energy.
🌎 Earth – Plant seeds in shells, sowing intentions for growth and renewal.
☯️ Qi Gong – Move with the energy of the Earth and body.
🌀 Metal – Craft a copper spiral to hold in your hands, symbolizing strength and clarity.
⚛️ Walking Spiral Meditation – Journey inward through movement.
🫖 Water – Sip a special tea blend to honor reflection and flow.
💟 Shamanic Lower World Journey – Explore the unseen and gather guidance.
🪵 Wood – Choose a pine cone as a symbol of resilience and growth.
🥗 Light Bites & Release Writing – Reflect and release what no longer serves.
🔥 Fire – Burn your letter and pine cone, completing the ritual of transformation.

This is a sacred, intimate experience designed to reconnect you with the wisdom of the elements, the cycles of nature, and the fire within your own spirit.

This sacred half day in-tent-sive is a $30 suggested love offering. Please bring a journal and pen, yoga mat, water bottle, chair or blanket, or anything that will help you feel comfortable outdoors.

Pre-registration is required, as the private address will be shared upon sign-up. Primitive bathroom facilities are available on site, with public restrooms less than a mile away.
