ABOUT WILL
At WILL, we believe that women can support and uplift each other in becoming active participants in their own interests and legacies rather than just bystanders.
We understand that every person has a unique role to play in the Book of Life, with varying levels of skills and abilities. We cannot expect everyone to be at the same level. Some of us may be ahead in our journey, while others are just starting out.
This is why we encourage those who are ahead to share their knowledge and experience with those who are behind while also learning from those who are ahead of them.
By taking up the mantle and maintaining the path women before us have sacrificed their lives to clear and pave, we honor their legacy. They have entrusted us with the preservation of this path. It is our turn on the stage (in the spotlight) to shine and perform our role with the same diligence, determination, selflessness, and courage which they have demonstrated.
As members of WILL, we aim to combine our expertise, talents, and knowledge to support and uplift our fellow women in breaking through the barriers of their portion of the glass ceiling.
