【Schedule / 当日の流れ】

① Reception / 受付
Starts after 12:00 / 12時以降に開始

② Select your drink at your seat
お席にてドリンクの選択☕

※Please order one drink (500-600 yen).
The waiter will take your order at each seat.

※1ドリンクご注文ください (500-600円)🙇‍♀️
店員さんが各席順番にオーダーを伺います(^^♪

③ Fill out a brief self-introduction sheet
簡単な自己紹介シートを記入♫

You can enjoy a smooth conversation✨

④ Chat in English only
英語のみで交流🌐

Small groups (4-5 people), cheerful atmosphere✨
Please enjoy free talk on your own :)

We will change seats twice during the event♬
Japanese & International people will be seated at each table!
You often have a total of 8-10 people to talk to🗣️

※For operational reasons, I cannot accept seat requests🙇‍♀️

※大学院生: 学割は使用できません。

【How to participate / 参加方法】

・Registration is required to attend⚠
※Those under 18 years of age are not allowed to participate.

・Cancellations must be made by 22:00 p.m. the day before the event🙇‍♀️
※Please refrain from cancellations after that time or no-shows.
※If you are unable to attend, please change to "Not Going".

If you do not follow the rules, or if you are double-booked (have reservations for other meetup events on the same day and time), I may change your status to "Not Going".

・参加には必ず申し込みが必要です⚠
※未成年の方(18歳未満)は参加できません。

・キャンセルは前日22時までにお願い致します🙇‍♀️
※期日を過ぎてのキャンセル・無断欠席はお控えください。
※参加できなくなった場合は、必ず"不参加"に変更してください。

ルールを守って頂けない方や、ダブルブッキング(同一日時に他のMeetupイベントを予約している)方は、こちらから"不参加"に変更する場合がございます。

・様々な調整を行っている為、5/7以降は日本人男性の方のお申込は締め切っています。

【Notes / 禁止事項】

1. Solicitation of any kind, including religious, political, or business activities, is strictly prohibited⚠
※If any disruptive behavior is found, you will be banned from the group.

2. Please refrain from any behavior that may make other participants feel uncomfortable, as well as any coercive language or sexually harassing remarks⚠
※If you have any problems, please let the organizer know.

3. The organizer will not intervene in any troubles that occur after the event. However, I would appreciate it if you could inform me⚠
※If I deem it to be malicious, I will share the information with all the participants.
