🍀【Meeting Place / 集合場所】

We will meet at【Eizan Dentetsu】Demachiyanagi Station: In front of the ticket Gate🚉
It is a short walk from【Keihan】Demachiyanagi Station.
I post a photo of the station on Meetup album.

Then we will head together to Kurama station (Train Fare 470 yen)🚉
※If you are late, there is a possibility that you may not be able to join us on the way.
I will not be able to contact you individually⚠

※Please eat lunch on your own before the Meetup.
or you can bring your own snacks!

【叡電電鉄】出町柳駅: 改札口前に集合です🚉
【京阪】出町柳駅から徒歩すぐです。
駅の写真をMeetupのアルバムに掲載しています。

その後、鞍馬駅まで一緒に向かいます (電車賃 470円)🚉
※遅れられた方、途中合流できない可能性がございます。
個別連絡は行いません⚠

※昼食は各自で食べてからご参加ください。

🍀【Schedule / 当日の流れ】

We will visit the beautiful places of the photo images, etc.☺

① Kurama-dera Temple: Fresh Green Hiking
Let's enjoy nature and history at one of the most sacred places in Kyoto🍀
※Entrance fee: 500 yen

The hiking course from Kurama-dera Temple to Kifune Shrine is famous for Shugendo (mountain asceticism) since ancient times, as well as the place where a famous Samurai, Ushiwakamaru (Minamoto no Yoshitsune) learned swordsmanship from a tengu (mysterious yokai) and trained as a boy✨

We will take about 2 hours for a leisurely stroll👟
Please refrain from participating if you are not confident of your physical strength as there are steep parts of the trail⚠

② Kifune Festival: 6/1 only!
The most important festival of Kifune Shrine, where you can enjoy Mikoshi (portable shrine), Izumo Kagura (special Shinto performance), etc.✨

This sharine is famous for matchmaking, mizu-mikuji (divination by water), and as a backstage resort of Kyoto☺
It is also the birthplace of the ema, or votive picture tablet (a rainmaker) ⛩

※Please note that we may not be able to see the festival satisfactorily depending on the progress and crowds on the day⚠

③ Around 16:50: We will break up around Kibune bus stop
Walk 2km to【Eizan Dentetsu】Kibuneguchi Station or you can take a bus.
Then, I will return to Demachiyanagi station🚉

The end time may vary.
※Please be sure to let me know if you are leaving on the way out⚠

We may take group photos and post them on social media📸
If you do not want to be in the photo, please let me know☺

① 鞍馬寺 新緑ハイキング
京都屈指のパワースポットで自然と歴史を楽しみましょう🍀
※拝観料: 500円

鞍馬寺から貴船神社までのハイキングコースは、古来より修験道や山岳信仰が盛んで、牛若丸(源義経)が少年時代に天狗から剣術を学び修行した場所としても有名です✨

約2時間かけてゆったりと散策します👟
※険しい場所もあるので、体力に自信のない方は参加をお控えください⚠

② 貴船祭 ※6/1のみ！
貴船神社の最も重要な祭典で、御神輿や出雲神楽(スサノオがヤマタノオロチを退治)などをお楽しみ頂けます✨

縁結びや水占みくじ、京都の奥座敷として有名です♡
また、絵馬発祥の神社でもあります(雨乞い)⛩

※当日の進行状況や混雑状況により、お祭りを満足にお楽しみ頂けない可能性がございます。

③ 16:50頃 貴船バス停周辺で解散予定
【叡電電鉄】貴船口駅まで2km歩く or バスも利用可能です。
その後、私は出町柳駅まで戻ります🚉

終了時間は前後する場合があります。
※途中で抜ける方、必ずお声がけください⚠

集合写真を撮影し、SNSに投稿する事もございます📸
写真に写りたくない方は、お伝えください☺

・Registration is required to attend⚠

・Cancellations must be made by 22:00 p.m. the day before the event🙇‍♀️
※Please refrain from cancellations after that time or no-shows.
※If you are unable to attend, please change to "Not Going".

・If you do not follow the rules, if you are double-booked (have reservations for other meetup events on the same day and time), or if you are on the waiting list (due to various adjustments), I may change your status to "Not Going".
