☆The organizer is Government Licensed Guide (English)🗣️
I will take photos with SONY Full-Frame Camera and share them in the Meetup later, so please feel free to use them📸

※The event will be cancelled in case of heavy rain⚠
In case of cancellation, I will comment by 22:00 p.m. the day before the event.

※The organizer will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during the event⚠
Please come with comfortable walking shoes👟
Please take measures to protect yourself from insects and drink plenty of water🥤

Near the vending machine in front of the public restrooms!

※Please note that the meeting place may change due to congestion on the day of the event.
In that case, I will share the exact location and photos📷

※We will head to the picnic site after the meeting, so latecomers will not be able to join us on the way.
I will not be able to contact you individually⚠

※Please eat dinner on your own before the Meetup.

Since this is a Omakase (leave-it-to-me tour), I will bring you to the specific locations on the day of the event☺

① Fireworks will be viewed from near the castle keep🎇
This is one of the three major festivals in Japan, and the climax of the festival will be a fireworks display of about 3,000 shots✨
Let's enjoy this once-a-year opportunity for a special night picnic🎆

※Please note that we may not be able to secure a picnic spot depending on the crowds on the day of the event⚠
In that case, we will change to a stroll while heading to places where we can see the fireworks👟

※We will watch the fireworks from a distance⚠
We will not go to the launch site or around the food stalls as it will be quite crowded.

② Around 21:30 End of Meetup
The nearest station will be【JR】Ōsakajō-kōen station,【Osaka Metro】Temmabashi station,【Keihan】Temmabashi or Kyobashi station🚉

The end time may vary.
※Please be sure to let me know if you are leaving on the way out⚠

We may take group photos and post them on social media📸
If you do not want to be in the photo, please let me know☺

日本三大祭りの一つで、クライマックスに約3000発の花火が打ち上げられます✨
年に一度のこの機会に、特別なナイトピクニックを楽しみましょう🎆

※当日の混雑状況によっては、ピクニック場所を確保できない可能性がございます⚠
その際は、花火の見れる場所に向かいながら散策に変更予定です👟

※距離の離れた場所から花火を鑑賞します⚠
かなり混雑する為、打ち上げ場所や屋台周辺には行きません。

② 21:30頃 現地解散予定
最寄り駅は【JR】大阪城公園、【Osaka Metro】天満橋駅、【京阪】天満橋駅 or 京橋駅の予定です🚉

終了時間は前後する場合があります。
※途中で抜ける方、必ずお声がけください⚠

・Registration is required to attend⚠
※Those under 18 years of age are not allowed to participate.

・Cancellations must be made by 22:00 p.m. the day before the event🙇‍♀️
※Please refrain from cancellations after that time or no-shows.
※If you are unable to attend, please change to "Not Going".

・If you do not follow the rules, if you are double-booked (have reservations for other meetup events on the same day and time), or if you are on the waiting list (due to various adjustments), I may change your status to "Not Going".

※未成年の方(18歳未満)、新規の40代以上の日本人男性の方はご参加頂けません。

・キャンセルは前日22時までにお願い致します🙇‍♀️

※参加できなくなった場合は、必ず"不参加"に変更してください。

・ルールを守って頂けない方、ダブルブッキングしている方(同一日時に他のMeetupイベントを予約)、キャンセル待ちやイベント数日前にご予約された方、こちらから"不参加"に変更する場合がございます。

※現在、「キャンセル待ち」に申請できない不具合が多発しております。その為、残席ありの状態になっていても、円滑な国際交流の為に、参加者バランス(国籍・性別など)を調整させて頂く場合がございます。ご予約後に不参加へ変更する際は、必ず私からご連絡致しますので、何卒ご理解の程宜しくお願い致します。
