Surrounded by around 300 cherry blossom trees, conversations flow naturally in the open and beautiful setting🌸

This event combines small-group seat rotations with free mingling time✨
Relax and enjoy international exchange while connecting with as many people as possible🌍

First-time participants and solo attendees are very welcome to join with confidence❢

※The event will be cancelled in case of heavy rain⚠️
In case of cancellation, I will comment by 22:00 p.m. the day before the event.

※The organizer will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during the event⚠️

Please purchase your own ticket (350 yen admission fee) and stay near the entrance!

🌸【Schedule / 当日の流れ】

↓ We'll start with small group conversations to help everyone feel comfortable, then enjoy free mingling afterward🌍

① Picnic: Seat-Rotation System☺
Enjoy a relaxed Hanami Picnic in the spacious Osaka Castle Nishinomaru Garden✨
Surrounded by around 300 cherry blossom trees, you can enjoy conversations in a calm and comfortable atmosphere🌸

☆We will divide you into small groups (5-6 people) so that you can interact with others in a safe and fun environment✨
Let's have fun chatting in Japanese & English :)

Each blue sheet will be used as one seating area!
Japanese & International people will be seated at each seats🌍

★We will change seats twice during the event (35-40 minutes each)⏰
You can talk to more than 10 people in a relaxed atmosphere️✨
※To maintain a good balance, we are unable to accommodate seat requests‍⚠️

② Free Mingling🌍
You can deepen coversation or meet and chat with new people :)
Enjoy the time through a picnic or a walk in the garden✨

☆Food trucks will also be available!
I will bring the picnic sheets, but please dispose of your own trash‍⚠️

※No handmade food or drink is allowed to be given to others⚠️
※Please note that Sakura may not be at their best depending on the weather conditions, but you can still enjoy relaxed conversations and a picnic in nature :)

③ End of Meetup (Around 18:00pm)⏰
After the Meetup, you can continue to enjoy Nishinomaru Garden and sightseeing at Osaka Castle🏯
It is a beautiful time of sunset✨

各席に日本人 & 外国人の方が座るよう配置致します🌍

※バランス調整の為、お席の希望はお受けできません‍⚠️

② 自由に交流🌍
より仲を深めたり、他の方との会話もお楽しみ頂けます☺
ピクニックや散歩など、自由なスタイルでお過ごしください✨

③ 現地解散 (18:00pm頃)⏰
Meetup終了後も引き続き、西の丸庭園や大阪城観光をお楽しみ頂けます🏯
夕暮れ時の美しい時間です✨

🌸【How to participate / 参加方法】

・Registration is required to attend⚠️
※Those under 18 or over 60 years of age are not allowed to participate.

・Cancellations must be made by 22:00 p.m. the day before the event‍⚠️
※Please refrain from cancellations after that time or no-shows.
※If you are unable to attend, please change to "Not Going".

・If you do not follow the rules, are consistently late, or are double-booked (have reservations for other meetup events on the same day and time), I may change your status to "Not Going"⚠️

・Currently, there is a technical issue that may prevent you from joining the "Waiting List." Therefore, even if spots are shown as available, I may need to adjust the participant balance (nationality, gender, etc.) to ensure smooth international exchange⚠️
※In such cases, the organizer may change your status to "Not Going” within 12 hours of your registration. I apologize for the inconvenience, but please check your status yourself.

・現在、「キャンセル待ち」に申請できない不具合が発生しております。その為、残席ありと表示されていても、円滑な国際交流の為、参加者バランス(国籍・性別など)を調整させて頂く場合がございます⚠️
※その際は、お申込みから12時間以内にステータスを"不参加"に変更させて頂きます。お手数をお掛けしますが、ご自身でステータスのご確認をお願い致します。
