This quaint town comes alive with brews, brats, German music (oompah) and crafts for this annual event. The walk takes you through the craft fair, past the Glockenspiel and up the hill to the Abbey. This walk also passes the beautiful St. Mary's Church and school, where a car show will be held on Saturday and Sunday.
Driving Directions to 500 Wilco Hwy. NE (Hwy. 214). From the north on I-5, take the Woodburn exit #271, follow signs east to Mt. Angel on Hwy. 214. From the south on I-5, take the Market Street Exit #256 in Salem. Follow the signs east on Hwy. 213 to Silverton. Turn let at the intersection of "C" Street (Hwy. 213) and Hwy. 214. Follow the signs to the Mt. Angel start table located north of the Fest Hall.
