A walk starting from the Benton County Fairgrounds on a paved path with a pause at the portable restroom, then continuing on dirt paths to the top of Bald Hill with nice views in two directions of west Corvallis and foothills of the Oregon Coast Mountains. This walk also ventures back past the fairgrounds on paved paths, passing through a covered bridge and through a portion of the Oregon State University Campus.
Driving Directions from Salem: Take Oregon 22W for 5 miles, then turn left onto OR 51S for 4.9 miles. Turn right onto Stryker Rd for 1 mile then right onto Hoffman Road for about 2 miles. Turn left onto OR 99W South/Pacific Avenue for 19 miles. Right onto NW Walnut Blvd. for 4.6 miles. Turn right onto Reservoir Ave. The fairgrounds will be on your right.
