Route goes through 5 parks and quiet residential neighborhoods; along a bike path, a lake and a canal. This walk provides many opportunities to observe ducks, a variety of other birds and the occasional nutria.
Driving Directions: From I-5 (north or south) take Exit 233 (Hwy. 20). Turn towards City Center 0.5 miles to Waverly Dr. Turn left on Waverly, drive 1.2 miles to Grand Prairie Rd. Turn right on Grand Prairie Rd. 0.4 miles to the Brookdale Villas Courtyard. Park in front parking area.
