Register between 9:45-10:00 AM. Walk starts promptly at 10:00 AM.
Salem Hospital Bldg. A lobby, 890 Oak Street, Salem, OR
Capitol: Waterways, 6 and 10K rated 1A (may have small hills or stairs almost entirely on pavement), sponsored by the Willamette Wanderers. Walk includes Riverfront Park, downtown, the Veterans Memorials. State Capitol, and Willamette Univ.
Note: Park in the hospital's parking garage on levels 1-2. Meet in lounge on the right of the front entrance. Restrooms in hospital.
Driving directions: I-5, exit 253, go to Salem City Center. Follow Mission passing 12th Street traffic light to next traffic light. Right on Capitol. Free garage parking on levels 1-2.
