This group is for parents and guardians only who are looking for fun, safe, and engaging activities for their children at the William "Bill" Austen Center and surrounding area — including Eagle Skate Park.
Located in Cape Coral, the Bill Austen Center is a 9,900 sq. ft. recreation facility offering a wide range of programs and events throughout the year.

Basketball Training Program
william 'bill' austen Youth Center, 315 SW 2ND AVE, cape coral, FL, USStarting September 4th, this basketball training program is open to boys and girls ages 7–14 who are ready to take their game to the next level. Designed for all skill levels, the program offers a fun, supportive environment where kids can grow both on and off the court.
Each session includes personalized instruction focused on developing key basketball fundamentals: shooting, dribbling, ball handling, passing, and game IQ. Whether your child is new to the sport or looking to sharpen their skills, this program provides a well-rounded training experience.
Class Schedule:
Thursdays 5:00pm–6:00pm | Ages 7–14
Cost: $10 per lesson (4 sessions total)

Ballet & Tap Combo Dance Class (Fall Season: September 2nd–December 16th)
william 'bill' austen Youth Center, 315 SW 2ND AVE, cape coral, FL, USCoastal Dance’s Ballet & Tap Combo Dance Class is designed to provide a well-rounded dance education by combining two classic dance styles: Ballet and Tap. In this class, students will learn the basic techniques and movements of both styles while having fun and building confidence.
The ballet portion will help students develop posture, balance, and flexibility while encouraging self-expression. The tap portion teaches rhythmical patterns and intricate footwork. Whether your child is a beginner or has previous dance experience, this class is a great way to learn new skills, make friends, and have fun!
Three Classes:
Thursdays 9:00am-9:45am | Ages 2-6
Thursdays 6:15pm–7:00pm | Ages 2–4
Thursdays 7:00pm–7:45pm | Ages 5–12
