Experience the flexibility of gymnastics blended with the creativity of dance in our Acro Dance class! This high-energy program focuses on developing fundamental acrobatic skills while introducing dancers to the art of partner work through lifts, counterbalances, and smooth transitions.
Dancers will grow in confidence, coordination, and trust as they safely learn how to work together and move as a team. It’s the perfect class to build strength, balance, and teamwork—all while having fun and expressing yourself through movement!
Whether your dancer is new to Acro or building on existing skills, this class offers a supportive and exciting environment to learn and grow. Don’t miss out on this engaging and empowering dance journey!
