Listen: Your Body Is Trying To Tell You Something

Your body communicates through sensation, emotion, and impulse, often offering information before conscious thought. This therapist-led group introduces principles of somatic psychology and supports learning how to listen to and work with the body as a source of awareness and regulation. Participants will engage in gentle somatic practices, guided meditation, and reflective discussion to explore nervous system responses, emotional patterns, and embodied experience.
Please bring pen and paper. We will begin with a brief art-based reflection before the meditation to support observation, integration, and personal insight. No prior experience with meditation or art is required.
