Join Williamsburg Self Help and Growth Group for Meet, Explore & Grow, the kickoff gathering for our Better at Work Workshop Series! This informal, welcoming get-together is an opportunity to meet others in the community, explore books about personal growth and workplace skills, share experiences, and exchange ideas about how we can continue learning and growing.

You don’t have to be a manager, a workplace expert, or have everything figured out to participate. We all have experiences to share, lessons to learn, and skills we can continue developing.

Together, we’ll explore topics such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, confidence, and leadership while discussing ideas for future gatherings in the series.

This isn’t a lecture or a formal training session. It’s a chance to connect with others, discover new ideas, and help shape a series built around practical skills and real-life experiences.

Everyone has something to learn, and everyone has something valuable to share.

Come meet new people, explore ideas, and be part of building a community where we encourage one another to grow—at work and in life.
