Waller Mill Paddle

Spend time connecting with the outdoors at beautiful Waller Mill Park. Whether you prefer to pedal or paddle, Williamsburg Parks and Recreation has your recreation needs covered! The 360-acre lake is open for fishing, boating, pedal boating, canoeing, and kayaking with a tunnel connecting the upper and lower sections of the lake.

We will paddle for as long as we are feeling it and the weather cooperates. If the weather looks iffy, I may move this event to the day before (if that looks better). Any changes will be communicated by the afternoon of May 31.

Come prepared with appropriate clothing/shoes, water, snacks/lunch, drybag (optional, but convenient), sun protection.

Entrance fee: $2 per car
Kayak rental: $5 per hour

Note that there are other fees for fishing or private launch.
