Lakewood Park Field Trip

This will be our second trip to this park for the 2026-2027 field trip season. However, this one should produce more of our over wintering species--sparrows, kinglets, warblers and hopefully waterfowl.
Our field trips are open to the public and we encourage those new to birding to join them. However, they are intended primarily for our members, but we welcome new birders to participate for their first time. We do request if you decide to attend additional field trips or our quarterly meetings that you join our group. The membership application can be downloaded from the Meetup site or the WAG Facebook page and has all the necessary instructions.
Please bring plenty of water, wear appropriate clothing and shoes to do a lot of walking, bug spray and snacks if you would like. Should you sign up and then decide not to attend, please remove yourself from the list so that others on the waiting list can be moved up.
