Every loss matters and you get to grieve. In whatever way feels right for you. I'm guessing that there are some of you that needed to hear this today. We live in a world that doesn't always get grief and the unrealistic demands from others can leave those who are grieving to feel like they are somehow doing something wrong.
I can promise you that you are not grieving wrong. There is no right or wrong when it comes to grief and however you need to grieve is okay and right for you. Regardless of what anyone else thinks. You get to grieve and you get to be different than you were before. Loss and grief change you. Join us as we open up about the truth of what grief is really like. Acknowledgment of the truth is a relief, and it heals something in us. This group is for anyone struggling with grief of any kind-loss of family, friends, pet companion, job, housing, marriage, kids, disease, finances. All are welcome.
