For those who are new to Heartfulness, we invite you to bring balance and peace to your life this new year. Learn simple Heartfulness meditation and yoga practices for daily life.

Day 1 (30th Jan): Introduction to Meditation
Day 2 (6th Feb): Introduction to Cleaning
Day 3 (13th Feb): Introduction to Inner Connect
Session time: 3 to 4 pm EST
In each session, we will introduce a meditation technique, follow it with yoga poses, leading to a 20 mins guided meditation.

Participants will also be provided with resources after the sessions to support further their growth and self-discovery.
