7:30pm - Kick off with icebreakers
7:45pm - Announcements and Game Jam information
8:00pm - Game Jam group discussion should start
8:30-45pm - Group discussion should be concluded!

YES! We are having ANOTHER game jam for WIO

• Free to join
• Beginner Category: first game jam, little to no game dev experience
• Veteran Category: not first game jam OR has game dev experience
• Max team size: 3 people
• No team switching ( once you join a team, THATS YOUR TEAM )
• Any game style, engine, technology allowed. 2D, 3D, Text, VR you name it
• **AI is allowed, but teams MUST identify what they used AI for**
• No prebuilt games or game code. Prebuilt models, textures, music, sounds are allowed though.
• Starter templates from game engines are fine

Schedule:
May 8
- 5pm Come on in, form a team and get ready!!!
- 6pm Pizza
- 6:30pm Officially kick off, go over rules, teams, schedule, general info

• 7pm Theme Announcement
  - ~12am CoWorx will close and lock up. You dont have to STOP, you just can't be at coworx

May 9
- 8am Doors open at Coworx for game jammers
- 8am breakfast
- Throughout day I will be collecting team info
- 12pm lunch
- 7pm dinner
- ~12am CoWorx will close and lock up. You dont have to STOP, you just can't be at coworx

May 10
- 8am Doors open at Coworx for game jammers and guests
- 8am breakfast
- 12pm GAME JAM OVER!! Have your game ready
- Audience will have voting prepared
- Each team will present their game. At least 10 minutes
- Beginner category teams will go first
- Random audience members can come up to play

Audience and game jammers can vote - BUT CANNOT VOTE FOR THEMSELVES

**Voting Form**
- Will show if team used AI
- Will show if team is Beginner or Veteran
- How related to the theme is the game, 1 - 10
- How well made is the ART of the game, 1 - 10
- How difficult was this team’s goal(s), 1 - 10
- How well did this team meet their goal(s), 1 - 10

**Winner Categories**
- Best Jam Beginner Art ( highest art scores )
- Best Jam Beginner Success ( highest difficulty x meet goals scores )
- Best Jam Veteran Art ( highest art scores)
- Best Jam Veteran Success ( highest difficulty x meet goals scores )
