Lori Harris is co-founder, partner, and principal consultant of Harris Whitesell Consulting – a global Human Capital Talent Management business consulting firm headquartered in Wilmington, North Carolina. She is a trusted leadership advisor with over 30 years of distinguished and diverse experience and specialization in human capital strategy, talent optimization, culture transformation, organizational effectiveness, change management, marketing, project management, and is a certified and award-winning executive, leadership, and team professional coach. Additionally, Lori is a professional speaker, host of HWC’s Maximize Excellence! Podcast, and a published writer. Lori loves art, travel, boating, reading, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Sara Manore Phillips, Ph.D., is an oncology researcher and scientific communicator with over seven years of experience in preclinical drug discovery, cancer biology, and molecular biology. Her research has directly contributed to a Phase 0 clinical trial for breast cancer brain metastases and glioblastoma (NCT03796273), and she has a dozen peer-reviewed publications. Sara excels at translating complex scientific findings into actionable insights and has presented her research at national conferences. She currently supports biotech and pharmaceutical innovation as a Business Development Associate at A1 BioChem Labs while continuing to foster cross-functional collaboration and scientific advancement. Based in Wilmington, North Carolina, Sara is passionate about paving the way for women in STEM and enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family.
