SJ WILPF: Bringing WILPF SJ to the No Kings Rally

At our usual third Friday meeting, we will prepare to take the message of WILPF to the Saturday, Oct 18 No Kings Rally in San Jose.
At the September WILPF meeting with Shelby Young, we decided to be more visible with our WILPF activism using the Raging Grannies as our messenger. That means that after the rally at St. James Park on Saturday, October 18 which begins at noon, the Raging Grannies and other WILPFers will move to one of the park benches where we will sing and invite others to join us. We plan to have WILPF flyers to hand out. There will be singers and non-singers so join us to spread the word about WILPF, the feminist peace organization founded in 1915.
At this Friday night meeting, we will be choosing the songs to sing and organizing ourselves to show up the following day.
