7.5-8 mile circular walk from Ford to Figsbury Ring, Salisbury.

The start time is 10.30am for this walk.

The Fee is £2.00 cash per person for this walk, as usual.

If you sign up to do this walk and can't make it on the day, please amend your RSVP to 'not coming' otherwise we are all waiting for you to arrive before we start the walk.

This walk will take in the lovely Winterbourne Earl and then head to Figsbury Ring: an Iron Age hill fort, containing a smaller, possibly Neolithic, enclosure. The views from there reach over Salisbury Plain, Old Sarum and Salisbury Cathedral.

Please wear appropriate footwear and clothes for walking in all weathers (you know what the British weather is like). We will have a short break for lunch (20-30mins), so bring a packed lunch with you and plenty of fluids: water etc...

Park along Green Lane, Ford or surrounding streets.
