Put yourself in the expert hands of a certified WHM Instructor to learn the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method: Breathing Technique, Cold Exposure & Commitment.

We will be learning how to use oxygen and cold exposure to optimise body & mind in everyday life, increase your energy, improve your immune system, manage stress and anxiety better and much more.

If you want to test yourself or push yourself, get out of your comfort zone in a safe environment, you are more than welcome to join!

The workshops include:
- Introduction to the method
- Breathing session
- Ice bath.
- Q&A.

This workshop is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.
