Tims Ford Lake, island camping

I have reserved one of the islands on Tims Ford Lake for the night of Sept 24th! I reserved "Little Island", it's a 1 mile paddle (25 minutes) from the boat ramp above the dam. The reservation if for the whole island, so we'll have the whole place to ourselves, 6 person max.

There is NOT a canoe/kayak rental place there, so you'll have to bring your own ride. Motorboats are acceptable as well, but I'm planning to bring my canoe.

The island is pretty small, roughly 100'x600'. Dogs are allowed, I will have mine with me.

Should be a great time for fishing, paddling, or whatever else you want to do on the lake! Amazing sunset and sunrise.
