Welcome to our first in-person event! All of the information is below, if you have any other questions please feel free to reach out :)
Winchester Sober Friends is a great place to relax, work through any social anxiety, and meet other fellows. Whether you're new to sobriety, curious or simply want a way to connect to others with alcohol or other substances, we've got you.
Our host Casey, from Aperta Coaching, is studying to be a counsellor, is 4+ years sober from alcohol & drugs and has a history of a variety of mental health experiences. In other words: you're not gonna be judged and you'll be accepted as you are.
This community welcomes everyone . We are all carrying a lot more than we each realise! This is a place for kindness, openness and respect. A place to soften into connection with another human, to be open and to walk. You're also very welcome to come and simply enjoy our company, without contributing much to the conversation! No pressure at all, flow as you are.
