Old Winchester Hill Circular

Old Winchester Hill consists of 150 acres of Natural Nature Reserve and is home to many species of plants and wildlife. From the top of the hill you can enjoy views across the rolling hills as far as Portsmouth, Southampton and on a clear day the Isle of Wight.
We will take a circular route of just under 5 miles, the walk traverses Old Winchester Hill’s steep slopes and woods. There will be an opportunity for those that want to climb up to the Hill Fort to do so.
The walk is suitable for people of a moderate fitness level, will be taken at a steady pace with breaks taken when needed.

We will meet in the car park, post code SO32 3LF at 10:00 for a 10:15 start.
This is a chargeable event for none paid up members, fee of £2.00 is payable on the day.
