Join me on this walk of approx 10 miles.
The walk takes us out of Winchester along the river bordering Winnall Moors, over Barton Meadows Nature Reserve to Kings Worthy where we pick up the Watercress Way, the disused railway to South Wonston and back via a different route.
Although slightly longer than our normal, the walk is Easy/Moderate over generally well maintained paths and is suitable for all with a reasonable level of fitness - pace will be 2.5/3 miles per hour.
A snack break will be taken half way.
Please consider the weather conditions and wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
Guests and prospective new members welcome.
We will meet in Hillier Way Car Park, SO23 7JD (Parking is free ) at 09:45 for a 10:00 start.
This is a chargeable event, a fee of £2:00 is payable on the day by none paid up members.
