Firstly, thanks to those of you who have contributed suggestions for time, locations, and speakers. Much appreciated. Below is a summary of what we have so far, but do please check back periodically to confirm if there will be any change. Look forward to meeting each and every one of you in our first meetup!

Admission: Free

Clarification: Both "Windermere Sun" and "Windermere Sun-Community Business/Organization Catalyst" will be meeting at the same date/time/location. Be sure to enter your membership/name under both groups to reap the benefit of both.

Complimentary Community Service: If your business/organization is located in Central Florida but has not yet shown up on Windermere Sun TV Channel (http://www.youtube.com/c/WindermereSun) and you'd like to get some free publicity service, just show up for this meetup group 10 minutes earlier (5:50 pm) and bring your business card and be prepared with a 15-30 sec. elevator speech (w/your name, name of your business or organization, what is the product or service, contact information/web site url,if any) to be video-recorded and uploaded at Windermere Sun TV Channel (http://www.youtube.com/c/WindermereSun)later at no cost to you (you will be uploaded iff you bring your business card). This only provides a video presence at Windermere Sun TV/youtube Channel and does not necessarily guarantee a post or push (additional post and/or push or ad space may cost something: contact Susan Sun Nunamaker via: info.WindermereSun@gmail.com for further details) at various networks. All you have to do is to let others know about Windermere Sun (http://www.WindermereSun.com) and its Windermere Sun TV /youtube Channel (http://www.youtube.com/c/WindermereSun) so that your business/organization will more likely to become known. Keep in mind that our meetup first meeting will begin promptly at 6:00 pm and this complimentary service will be a first-come-first-serve basis and between 5:50-6:00 pm on meetup days.

I. Tentative First Meetup Date/Time and Location:

1. Date/Time: Thurs., September 29, 2016, 6:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m. We will have to vacate the room by 7:30 p.m. But if any one wants to continue discussion, the library closes at 8:00 p.m.

2. Location: Franklin W. Chase Memorial Public Library (aka: Windermere Branch Library) (530 Main Street, Windermere, FL 34786)-meeting room (unless the number of RSVP's grows beyond 55). So please do check back at Windermere Sun meetup page in mid- or late-September for confirmation.

II. Speakers at this meetup:

A. Bring your questions about solar installations, solar coops, or whether or not to go solar to our first speaker who has about 2 decades of experience in solar industry. He has the expertise with sales, financing, and construction of solar projects in both residential and commercial buildings in USA and Canada.

B. Bring your questions about EV (electrical vehicles) to this meetup: concerns about range of vehicle, availability of vehicle or charging stations, ease of maintenance, cost, etc., to our expert in EV. You may even be able to test drive the EV after the meetup (if you ask nicely).

C. Bring your enthusiasm and energy to this meetup: we have some one who is bold enough to anticipate starting a Solar Car Race here in Central Florida. This project is so huge that it will require many many enthusiastic Central Floridians to volunteer together. But it is definitely a worthwhile project for all who are interested in solar energy and EV.

   **Upon entering the meeting room, please leave 2 of your business cards in a container on the desk (for our raffle), sign in, sign up (if you're interested in speaking in the future at our meetup) on the sign in sheet, and leave a stack of your business cards (optional) on the desk if you'd like others to pick it up.Be sure to remember to pick up the remaining of your business cards at the end of the meeting (or before you depart).
