Join Our Tai Chi Practice Group
Do you enjoy Tai Chi and want to connect with others who share your passion? We’re a small, friendly group of beginner-to-intermediate practitioners who meet regularly to practice and grow together.
We focus on Yang Style Tai Chi — 24 Form, one of the most popular and widely practiced styles. Our sessions are intentionally small (usually 2–4 people) to keep things relaxed, personal, and supportive.
This is a peer practice group, not a class — there’s no formal teacher and no formal/informal instructions. We just warm-up and do our Tai Chi form together! To get the most out of the sessions, participants should already be comfortable performing the full Yang 24 Form on their own.
Each session lasts about 1–1.5 hours and typically includes tea, warm-up exercises, form practice, and sometimes a bit of gentle partner work when appropriate.
We meet in Windsor, either at a home or a nearby park.
