Wednesday Morning Meditation - 7:00 a.m.

Dearest Windsor Zen Meetup Members,

You are invited to join me and the Windsor Zen Group on Wednesday for morning zazen. We'll begin meditation at 7:00 a.m. and end with one bell at 7:30. We'll then chant the Morning Robe Chant (available in Zoom chat) two times in Japanese and once in English.

Regularly sitting zazen in silence with a like-minded group, offers us valuable support in deepening and strengthening our life of practice.
