👨‍👩‍👦 A Family Legacy
In 1950, three Greek brothers — Pete, Nick, and Jimmy Gallios — pooled everything they had to purchase the struggling Miller’s Pub from the founding Miller brothers. They couldn’t afford the $500 needed to change the sign… so the Miller’s name stayed!

In 1953, after finishing military service, younger brother Vannie joined the business. The Gallios brothers had one humble goal: support their growing families. They worked tirelessly, unknowingly building what would become a beloved piece of Chicago history. 🇬🇷❤️🏙️
