Join us for an exclusive Distillery Tour at Gervasi Vineyard, where you'll experience the art of bourbon production. Led by our Distiller, Michael Phillips, this tour offers a behind-the-scenes look at our distillation process. As you walk through the Distillery, Michael will share his expertise and insights into crafting our exceptional spirits.
During the tour, you'll have the opportunity to taste three of our finest Gervasi Spirits Bourbons, each with its own unique character and flavor profile. Savor the richness and complexity of these handcrafted bourbons and discover what makes them truly special. Also included in your ticket, is a logo glass to take home and a salty side car snack.
To make the experience even more memorable, guests will have the chance to purchase bottles of their favorite spirits and have them personally signed by our Distiller. This is a perfect opportunity to take home a piece of Gervasi Vineyard and enjoy our spirits long after your visit.
