Let's Go to the Balloons over Wadsworth Festival - Music, Food and Fun!

Soar to new heights at Wadsworth's spectacular Balloons Over Wadsworth event on Saturday, August 8th at the Wadsworth Municipal Airport! This year's event promises to be the most exciting yet, with an amazing lineup of activities and entertainment for the whole family. The 2026 presenting organization is Inspire Aviation. Inspire Aviation is a 501c3 non-profit organization located in Wadsworth, Ohio. BRING A LAWN CHAIR AND/OR BLANKET!

Enjoy live music on our Summa Health Main Stage from 3 - 9 P.M., while indulging in a wide variety of mouth-watering treats from our 15 delicious food vendors.

• Watch in awe as 22-24 colorful hot air balloons inflate and launch around 7:00 p.m. and "Night Glow" between 8:30 - 9:30 pm (weather permitting)

As the sun sets, get ready for an unforgettable experience as the balloons return for a mesmerizing "Night Glow" around 9 P.M. (weather permitting).

Take to the skies with our exhilarating Helicopter & Airplane Discovery Rides. Get a bird's eye view of the beautiful surrounding scenery. (Additional charge)
