Join us for a heartfelt edition of the Workshop Dinner Series in honor of Veterans Day, featuring bold bourbon pairings from Garrison Brothers Distillery, the first legal bourbon distillery in Texas.

Each course, designed by Chef Zachary Geerson, showcases creativity, storytelling, and culinary artistry—paired with a distinctive Garrison Brothers bourbon that complements every flavor and note.

Chilled Hot Smoked Salmon, Navy Bean “Hummus,” Marinated Fennel, Shallot, Cilantro, Truffle Pearls
2nd Course – Army: “Field Craft”
Corn and Potato Chowder, Spam and Baby Corn Hash, Confit Fingerling Potatoes, Parsley, Lemon Zest
3rd Course – Air Force: “Mach One”
