This year, my birthday will be a little different… and a lot more meaningful.

Thanks to my dear friend Zak at Point 57, we’re doing something very special. Ever since I lost my boys, he’s wanted to honor them in a way that gives back. So, this isn’t just a birthday dinner — it’s a celebration of love, friendship, and the animals who leave paw prints on our hearts.

We’re hosting a Tapas & Martini pairing fundraiser benefiting the Cape Coral Animal Shelter and Point 57 will be donating a portion of every ticket sold directly to the shelter on behalf of me and our Wine, Dine & Finds family.

Even more special… the shelter will have volunteers there with some of their adorable pups. ❤️

Zak’s sister is generously donating her time as the photographer for the evening.

️ They will also have raffle prizes available, and 100% of raffle ticket proceeds will be donated directly to the Cape Coral Animal Shelter.

• Gambas al Ajillo – Garlic shrimp with Spanish paprika & peppers
• Coriand Limeon Drop Martini – Grey Goose vodka, sherry, lemon, paprika sugar rim

• Costilla Corta Estofada – Braised short rib with mushrooms, almonds & Spanish sherry
• Spanish Olive Dirty Martini – Grey Goose vodka, olive brine & Manchego stuffed olives

Course 4
• El Flan de Mi Madre – Traditional Spanish vanilla caramel flan
• The Carajillo Martini – Licor 43, espresso & orange twist
