Wanna Jazz it up in the Canyon?

Howdy all! There are a lot of great shows coming to Cool Canyon Night at McKelligon Canyon this summer. One group I have been keeping my eye out for is Kikimora. They are based right out of El Paso and have an amazing Jazz/Funk sound. Check them out on YouTube. They will be playing at 7p.m. with one of El Paso's great jazz musicians, Billy Townes following them just after 8 p.m. I've been told that the gate opens at 6, but you'd need to be there much earlier to secure a seat. There will be food trucks and artisan vendors on site. Concert will end by 9 p.m. General admission and parking are free, but VIP tickets will be between $20-$30. VIP tickets can be purchased at kisselpaso.com. I'll try to be there by 4:30 p.m. to get in line to secure a seat. Seating is on a first come first serve basis.
