Pull up a seat at The Pairing Table, a refined wine and food tasting experience, hosted by: Carla & Sylvia,

Carla, a 4th-generation winemaker from a historic winemaking family in Aragó, and;

Sylvia, a Dutch Sommelier with international experience, based in Barcelona and the woman behind Sip Wine with Syllie.

This is a signature wine tasting that celebrates Spanish heritage through flavor, seasonal pairings, story telling and connection.

Together we taste 5 premium wines paired with Mediterranean food* in individual and platter style. We learn more about wine and food pairing techniques, while meeting new like minded people. You’ll leave the room with a deeper connection to Spain’s flavors and traditions. Wine for us is someting to share and to inspire.

In short we’ll explore:

• The meaning of Spanish maridaje (pairing)

• The story behind each wine and dish

• Interactive tasting techniques

All in a social setting and to be enjoyed together, especially on a Saturday night out 🍷
