BLIND TASTING

Let's have a little fun seeing if we can guess what we're tasting. For our June 1st session, each participant is invited to select a bottle of wine that may be somewhat out of the ordinary and cover it up. Then, we'll test our detective skills in trying to figure out what it is.
Our process will be the same as usual: Everyone will take a turn presenting their selection and providing some background clues about it. (Some research may be required.)
We will all then share, taste and guess about each bottle.
I will provide some tasting glasses but if you have some of your own, bring them along.
If you want to bring some other food items to accompany your presentation, they would be welcome also.
I have reserved a large outdoor table for us on the recreation deck of my condo building in Kakaako. (Access details will be sent on the day before the event to those who RSVP.
Because of space restrictions, we can only accommodate about a dozen people for this event.
