Learn all you need to start your personal sourdough baking journey. The morning will start with welcome drinks (tea/coffee), a short presentation on Sourdough baking, and then a practical session, where you will be taught to make your own sourdough baguettes.
A light lunch and refreshments will also be served during the course.
At the end of the session you will be sent home with a sourdough starter of your own, a small mixing bowl a bread lamé and fermentation/shaping cloth.

10:30 - Welcome Drink (tea/coffee/juice
10:45 - Short presentation on the science of Sourdough and discussion of basics of working with sourdough and starters
11:15 - practical - mix and knead your own dough, stretch and fold techniques etc
12:15 - forming and shaping baguettes
12:45 - Light lunch while breads proof
13:30 - Breads go into the oven
14:00 - breads come out - taste and test, closing discussion
