30-Minute Basic Functional Training — Wing Chun Based

These sessions are designed for anyone who wants to improve physical fitness, coordination, stability, and learn how to release muscle tension.

We’ll focus on functional movement, joint mobility, posture, balance, and relaxation — the key elements that support your overall Wing Chun practice and many other movement disciplines.

This practice also works great as an energetic start to the day — perfect for those with sedentary jobs who need to move, keep their joints healthy, build a habit of daily exercise, or warm up their body before more intense physical activity.
