Introduction to Forms
This session is focused on getting familiar with traditional Wing Chun forms.
We’ll start with a short warm-up, followed by a brief overview of Wing Chun forms, and practice a few simple forms with attention to breathing and relaxation.
This will be followed by practice and friendly communication in a relaxed atmosphere.
