FRIDAY MORNING HIKES - VIEWRIDGE TRAIL IN TOPANGA

The VIEWRIDGE TRAIL can be made into a loop or out and back hike. The trail reaches an overlook on sandstone outcroppings with panoramic views over Topanga and the middle of the Santa Monica Mountains.
Some Interesting features of the trail include wooded groves and a bridge where the trail crosses over Santa Maria Creek.
LOCATION: The hike starts In a beautiful neighborhood in Topanga.
ADDRESS: near 21599 Viewridge Rd., Topanga
DIRECTIONS: Take the 101 Freeway to Topanga Bl. Go South and follow the road to the Viewridge Estates on Viewridge Rd. and turn LEFT. Drive to the end of the road. The trailhead will be on the right.

This hike will be about 4 miles long and will last about two hours.
Most of our hikes are suitable for all levels of hikers, from beginners to advanced, but contain hills to challenge those (inclined).
In order to accommodate everyone, we may have two groups.
You decide! Both may have leaders.

PLEASE bring plenty of water and wear hiking shoes.
DOGGIES ARE ALWAYS WELCOME ON LEASHES.
