MALIBU CREEK STATE PARK VIA GRASSLANDS TRAIL to M*A*S*H πΊπ₯π¬
YAY! The seasonal bridge has been re-installed! We have access to the M*A*S*H site. We will enter Malibu Creek State Park from the Grasslands Trail on Mulholland Hwy., then follow Crags Rd. We may stop to visit the forested end of Century Lake, and after head back onto Crags Rd. and the beautiful riparian trail to the M*A*S*H site.
STATS : This hike to M*A*S*H is an out-and-back hike and will be about 5.5 miles. It should be completed between 2 and 2Β½ hours.
PLEASE try to get to the trailhead early, parking is limited.
Our group have experienced hikers and others who would like to walk at a leisurely pace. In order to accommodate everyone, we may have two groups. You decide! Both may have leaders.
Dogs are NOT allowed in California State Parks unless your dog is a Service Animal.
PLEASE bring plenty of water and wear hiking shoes.
LOCATION : GRASSLANDS TRAIL - 27000 Mulholland Hwy.
DIRECTIONS: Take the 101 Freeway to Las Virgenes Road. Drive toward the Beach to Mullholland Drive then turn right. The trailhead will be on the left.

CHIPPING IN: Our group has been around for a while. This is a good sign, because there must be a reason that we are still going strong.
As you know it costs $$ to belong to Meetup. They keep raising the dues. They know that we have no choice.
